1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using Seshat ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Hideolab Sh.p.k ("Seshat", "we", "us").
2. Description of service
Seshat is an AI-powered tool for generating courtesy (pro forma) invoices and quotations. It is intended as a productivity tool and does not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for verifying that documents generated by Seshat comply with the regulations applicable to your business.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@seshat.so if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Seshat offers a free tier and a paid Unlimited plan. Subscriptions are managed through Paddle and billed on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Seshat to:
- Generate fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Transmit malware or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you create using Seshat (invoices, client data, etc.). Seshat and its original content, features, and source code remain the exclusive property of Hideolab Sh.p.k.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors; always review documents before sending them to clients.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seshat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or errors in AI-generated documents.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Durrës (Durazzo), Albania.
10. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Seshat after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
